CHALLENGE
The team led end-to-end design and execution across the booth, conference-wide advertising, an exclusive evening event, and on-site presentations.
Visier is a people analytics and HR data visualization platform that gives leading enterprises a unified, actionable view of their workforce data. For HR Tech, the industry’s premier global event for HR and IT professionals, Visier delivered a major presence in fall 2022 with a large 40′ by 40′ booth. The team led the end-to-end design and execution of the experience, including booth design, video and print advertising throughout the conference center, an exclusive evening event, and a full slate of presentations and speakers. Months of planning culminated in a cohesive, high-impact brand experience across the week.

These projects came together as a cohesive, end-to-end event experience designed to reinforce the brand’s position as The Global Leader in People Analytics.
The microsite served as the primary digital hub, anchoring email, social, and marketing traffic while aligning leadership around a unified “globe” theme that echoed the glowing orb motifs used throughout the physical space. That visual language carried seamlessly into the booth design, which featured six illuminated monoliths with custom graphics, coordinated hold screens, and a dynamic back-wall hero animation paired with a moving overhead sign.

The experience extended beyond the booth through event banners placed across the conference center, highlighting real customers on high-visibility escalator graphics and applying the event’s distinct look and feel to hallway placements.

Live-printed swag
To complete the experience, the booth offered live-printed swag, allowing attendees to customize tote bags by choosing colors and designs that were screen printed on the spot, turning branded merchandise into an interactive moment.
RESULTS
A standout trade show presence that captured 100+ target account leads and positioned Visier as the most polished brand on the floor.
The event was a major success for Visier, generating a steady flow of traffic and leads from 100+ target accounts while standing out as the most sophisticated and polished booth on the trade show floor. Key takeaways included managing multiple touchpoints and overlapping timelines, maintaining tight art direction across designers and vendors, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, and expanding Visier’s visual brand in a high-impact, live environment.
