CHALLENGE

Designing and deploying credit card offers across digital touch points for Atmos Rewards.

At Alaska Airlines, I owned digital support for the credit card experience across the Atmos site, homepage, mobile app, and key marketing and content pages, as well as Alaska-hosted spaces including the homepage, booking flow, and app.

I partnered with the Loyalty team on every credit card offer refresh, coordinating precise placement updates across web and mobile as reward parameters changed. Campaigns were strategically segmented, with distinct experiences for existing Atmos members versus non-members. This work required close collaboration with lead stakeholders and the internal Studio team to ensure creative consistency, accurate offer representation, and clear, compelling communication for both current and prospective cardholders.

Alaska hosted content placements for the the homepage, booking flow and mobile app supporting the new credit card offer for the Ascent card. 

OPTIMIZING PERFORMANCE

After the successful launch of the new Atmos™ Rewards Visa® credit cards program, focus shifted to find ways to optimize performance.

The team worked to provide additional homepage and other placement recommendations to improve application interest. The goal was to enhance the lift of the credit card take rate, particularly for the Ascent and Summit cards. We moved quickly to get stakeholder and leadership approval and move the design to development so it could be included in the upcoming offer swap that was to launch in a few weeks. Leadership was pleased with the additions and it was expected to bring an uplift in interest and applications.
